Shipping Options

We offer products from both our U.S. Warehouse and our Overseas Warehouse. Shipping times and costs may vary:

🌍 Overseas Warehouse

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days (depending on customs and local carriers).

  • Shipping Fee: Free delivery on all overseas warehouse orders.

Customs & Duties

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pets to love every Pawrova product. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items (e.g., pet food, personal care, or custom products) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

  • In those cases, Pawrova will cover the return shipping fees.

Refunds
